The third day of vacation led us around Omaha and then to Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The old train depot there is now a train museum.

We got to sit in- and pretend to drive -two different train engines, one about 100 years old, the other a 'newer' Union Pacific.

There were multiple examples of passenger cars and cabooses.

And there were some delightful wildflowers growing all around.

The whole park was a photographer's dreamland.
