A few antiques

It is hard to walk away from an antique tractor show without snapping a few photos of the antiques.
Sometimes it isn't just the tractors that are antiques:
The show included the antique tractor pull, too. Kids love it!
Adults enjoy it too.
Only in the middle of the southwest can you have such scenery in the midst of the noise.

Great pictures! I love the second to last one with the rickity old wheel!

In September, there is a Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag, Minnesota that is huge and wonderful. You can check it out by going to

Its great fun seeing the old machinery, but even more fun to hear the enthusiasm of the farmers!

The pictures have a nostalgic feel and the scenery is beautiful. It just dawned on me that there are not many farms in my area and I haven't seen a tractor in ages.

I guess I never figured that people plowed sand. I should have majored in agriculture.

Oh what cool old tractors.. Grampa used to have one of those tractors with the steel wheels when Mom was a kid..
Thanks for the offer of more pup hair but Mom says she vacuums up enough..

Gotta love that bumper sticker. Well, so long as the memories stay in that order.

My hubby would love to have a tractor. He's not sure what he would do w/ it - but he wants one - lol! Cute photo of the kids in the wagon - especially that boy w/ his hands on his face.
