What a nice little flock of goldfinches you have at your place! Happy New Year!
Something is new and different with your photos and/or layout. The pics are !sharper! and the color more saturated. New camera? New blogspot format? Both? It looks great. And you might remember, I'm a soft touch for that poem.

We removed the circular polarizer filter-we think it was affecting the auto focus. For these shots we don't think it is necessary.

these birds are fab - nice pics
Hummingbirds are my favorites of all. Our feeder is very close to our kitchen table and we have gotten to know the locals and their personalities.
