Our campus has the best jacuzzi in the world. It is a fountain, donated by the Jacuzzi family.
Candido Jacuzzi is one of the founding brothers of Jacuzzi. Kenneth, his son, is the reason the jacuzzi hot tub exists. Kenneth suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and the tub, adopted from agricultural water pumps, provided whirlpool treatments for relief. Kenneth is a graduate of Thunderbird.
Our fountain is always pristine, always a cool oasis. It sits in the courtyard of the Snell Classrooms... Snell is a whole different story to write about someday.
The Jacuzzi Brand was taken private in 2006. But we have a public tribute, an oasis, to them.
