Signs of Autumn in the desert

Barrel cactus looking for the sun

New plants growing in flower beds where summer dirt had protested.

Shadows last longer each morning.

Winter grass is watered hourly and grows, tender to the touch.

And if you are a lucky dog, you can again ride in the car with the windows down!
