Making Gus smile

Red sky at morning...

...sometime leads to a few drops of rain at evening.

And a fresh stand of mushrooms in the morning!

 And Gus smiles...
Days are so precious in such odd ways!

Your photos are great. I especially like the red sky, and who can't help but smile along with a happy dog. :-)

I'm totally smitten with photo #2. And Gus, of course.

Beautiful sunrise! I am constantly amazed at how mushrooms do just pop up overnight. I don't know how they do that.

The days sure ARE precious in many, many ways..photography helps me remember this and discover this every time I go out on a shoot. Loved your photos.

Sam and TRO make similar points about captured moments. I suppose that's always the case with photos, but it's worth repeating. Otherwise, why not make movies of everything?

I've tried to make the same case for a lot of lyric poems. I believe it, but photos are an easier sell.

Beautiful photos. I was coming back from Pine yesterday morning and hit the mother of all thunderstorms from outside Pine clear down to Sunflower. Flooding in Payson did not thrill me driving through it. But sure nice to have rain here FINALLY. :)

Wow, that red morning sky color is amazing! I usually see pinks and purples in the morning. Gus' smile is contagious, I love it. :)
