I am sure that Gus smiling is part of what makes your day specail in wonderful ways. at first i thougth forest fire in the first photo. what a sky, painted by God in all that glorious color.
Sam and TRO make similar points about captured moments. I suppose that's always the case with photos, but it's worth repeating. Otherwise, why not make movies of everything?
I've tried to make the same case for a lot of lyric poems. I believe it, but photos are an easier sell.
Beautiful photos. I was coming back from Pine yesterday morning and hit the mother of all thunderstorms from outside Pine clear down to Sunflower. Flooding in Payson did not thrill me driving through it. But sure nice to have rain here FINALLY. :)

Love the Gus smiles! And the photo's, too, as always!
Your photos are great. I especially like the red sky, and who can't help but smile along with a happy dog. :-)
That Gus is so darn cute!
And those odd moments of preciousness are what makes life what it is :) Love Gus's big smile!
I'm totally smitten with photo #2. And Gus, of course.
Beautiful sunrise! I am constantly amazed at how mushrooms do just pop up overnight. I don't know how they do that.

I think you're taking photography lessons with the CIA.

Wow, that red morning sky color is amazing! I usually see pinks and purples in the morning. Gus' smile is contagious, I love it. :)
